Trouble logging in?
There are many issues that can prevent you from being able to login to FileTime.
When finished you will have created a firm account and registered yourself, or another, as the firm administrator.
When completed, you will be registered with the firm account. Be sure to click Read More for more info.
Select this choice if you are not a practicing attorney and you are a single filer such as a pro se filer, contract paralegal, court reporter, process server, etc.
There are many issues that can prevent you from being able to login to FileTime.
If you have forgotten your password, don't try to create a new one. eFiling Manager allows only one registration per email address so you will not be able to re-register with the same email address.

This is an issue with your browser and there are three options you can try in this order:
Reset your password.
If you have no security question you were registered by a firm eFiling Manager and he/she was not able to create a security question for you, eFiling Manager will have to manually reset your password for you. Use the options below to have eFiling Manager do so.

This error caused by a cookies issue in your browser.
Go to this page and log off FileTime: https://filetime.com/Filer/LogOff.
After you do so, return to www.CA.filetime.com and attempt to log in.
This is undoubtedly an issue with your browser - specifically your browser cache, or memory. You probably previously set your browser to remember your password. It remembers your old password after you reset it. So, when you enter your new password and click the Login button, your browser cache submits your old password that it has stored in its cache.

This is generally caused by an underlying security issue with your browser and there are several options to pursue:
Use a different browser if one is installed on your computer. This is the fastest solution but it does not resolve the issue with your primary browser.
If you use Internet Explorer, first try adding FileTime as a trusted site to Internet Explorer.
Next, if you use Internet Explorer, make sure your browser is not set to Compatibility View.

Clearing your browser's cache (memory) solves a number of login issues.
Your computers cache "remembers" old incorrect data and sends it to our server for your login instead of the current data you think you are providing. Clearing the cache deletes the old data so your computer sends only the new password to our server.
