The Parties

Tyler Technologies

Tyler Technologies is the managing partner for the eFiling Manager. They provide the portal through which eFiling service providers direct eFilings from their customers to the appropriate state courts. Tyler Technology also directs electronic service of documents to the designated recipients.

eFiling Service Providers

FileTime is one of several service providers who have been certified by the OCA to provide eFiling services through the eFiling Manager system. Each service provider determines its level of services it provides to customers as well as the fee it charges in return for providing those service
